REFUND POLICY

At Digilok Entertainment, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions.


1. Project-Based Services

All services offered are custom and project-based, therefore:

  • Payments once made are non-refundable
  • This includes advance payments and full project payments

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The project has not been initiated
  • Cancellation is requested within a mutually agreed timeframe

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.


3. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, no refund will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
