1. Project-Based Services
All services offered are custom and project-based, therefore:
- Payments once made are non-refundable
- This includes advance payments and full project payments
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The project has not been initiated
- Cancellation is requested within a mutually agreed timeframe
Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.
3. Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, no refund will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
